Intro of the project
The municipality of Doloplazy has successfully completed the renovation of the former hop drying facility. The long-unused and dilapidated complex has been completely renovated and transformed into a modern multifunctional building that now serves the municipality, entrepreneurs and the general public.
The building offers office space, a meeting room, club rooms for association and community activities, and a hall with a stage for cultural and social events. A significant part of the building is dedicated to the Volunteer Fire Department – a new fire station, garages for emergency vehicles, and space for municipal technical services.
The transformation of the site has brought new opportunities for business and community life to Doloplazy, removed an unused building in the center of the village, and significantly contributed to the revitalization of public space.
The brownfield regeneration project was implemented with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade from the Brownfield Regeneration for Business Purposes Program.
